Saint and Sofia Takeback Scheme
Here at Saint and Sofia we passionately believe that we have a responsibility to each other and to the planet. We think about sustainability in everything we do, always trying to make the most sustainable choices - this ranges from the fabrics we use, packaging with eco-friendly materials and reduced transport cost with smart sourcing.
Added to this we have been working with the charity Smart Works for a number of years to support the work they are doing by donating discontinued styles to women who need it most.
We are now very excited to introduce a new scheme to continue our partnership with Smart Works.
We are simply offering Saint and Sofia customers the opportunity to donate back their Saint and Sofia items and alongside Smart Works we will find them a new home.
We know how important circularity in the fashion industry is, and we believe that by offering this to our customers we are taking a step in the right direction.
We are also offering customers a £10 Saint and Sofia giftcard when they donate as a small token of our gratitude!

Who are Smart Works?
Smart Works are a dynamic and fast-growing UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for success at their job interview. After visiting Smart Works, 69% of clients secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and transforming their lives.
The Smart Works service is delivered in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Newcastle, Reading and Leeds. Over the past ten years, Smart Works has helped over 30,000 women.
Terms and Conditions
This initiative is available in the UK only.
Your £10 giftcard will be issued once we have received the items back to our donations team in our warehouse. We then ask to allow up to 14 working days for the giftcard to be sent via email. Please ensure all items are washed or dry cleaned and available for onward use as there isn’t capacity for clearing items on arrival.
Unfortunately we cannot accept the following:
- – Items with holes, rips or stains
- – Tired looking items with bobbles or signs of over-washing
- – Items with odour
- – Casual clothing (jeans, leggings, sportswear)
